Apprentice Surveyor

Apprentice Surveyor – Fixed Term Contract – 27 months

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Surveyor to join our team based from our office in Westminster, W9 2AR.

About the Role.

Attending all required college training days, as required, you’ll have excellent demonstrable interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients, along with a sound understanding of internal processes, with the ability to apply them in working practices.

Day to day you’ll be taking measurements and scope works, calculating volume of materials and costing various for repairs works across all trades.

You’ll train to deliver the highest quality service, working efficiently and safely, in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.

You will complete a Level 3 Surveying Technician apprenticeship through Capital City College. Training will be completed on day release once per week, along with off the job learning in the workplace. You will be required to completed coursework issued via the training provider, record off the job learning hours and producing a portfolio of evidence in preparation for the end point assessment (EPA).

• Able to work as part of a team.
• Capable of using your own initiative
• GCSE Maths and English which is grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2 desirable.
