We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Norfolk Streetlighting team in Norfolk, working from our Brooke Depot (NR151HJ). This role will be carried out onsite.

In this role, you’ll support the team by overseeing all commercial aspects of our streetlighting projects. As the Commercial Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring financial efficiency, driving project success, and fostering lasting client relationships.
Your role will be critical in managing project budgets and forecasts, monitoring costs, and ensuring that every project meets its financial objectives. By developing strong client relationships, you will help navigate and resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your expertise in managing changes and timely submission of contractual notices will be vital in maintaining project momentum and compliance.
