Customer Service Apprentice – Fixed Term Contract – 18 months
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team based from our office in Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE.
About the Role.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will train to deliver the highest quality service, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.
As our Customer Service Apprentice, you will also be completing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship through Get Set UK. This is a predominantly online apprenticeship, with regular communication with the training provider.
