HSEQ Business Partner – Health & Safety
UK-based | International travel | Senior advisory role
Are you a chartered Health & Safety leader who thrives on influence, complexity and international growth? We’re looking for an HSEQ Business Partner (Health & Safety) to act as a trusted SME across our Advisory business, supporting major UK sectors and expanding operations overseas.
The role
You’ll be the Health & Safety conscience of the business—working alongside senior leaders to embed a safety-first culture, strengthen governance, and enable safe, sustainable growth across the UK and international markets. From transport and infrastructure to energy, defence and water, you’ll provide expert, value‑adding advice where it matters most.
You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening our Integrated Management System, leading complex investigations, supporting bids and mobilisations, and driving continual improvement across diverse operating environments.
