HSEQ Coordinator

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent HSEQ Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Central HSEQ team on a hybrid basis.

In this role, you will support the HSEQ business partners across our Transport Infrastructure business unit by providing administrative and data support to the relevant HSEQ team (Contract, Business Unit or Group level). You will Manage on-line systems such as EcoOnline, Integrated Management Systems, Sypol, Workrite and KPI scorecards and provide support to operations staff. Involvement as part of the central HSEQ internal audit team. Other similar duties as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Collate management information and developing reporting tools.
• Use technical input from others to, draft management system documents, presentations, briefings and reports.
• Enter and update entries in EcoOnline (Formerly AIRSweb/ AVA).
• Manage on-line systems such as EcoOnline, Integrated Management Systems, Sypol, Workrite and KPI scorecards and provide support to operations staff.
• Involvement as part of the central HSEQ internal audit team.
