Location: Remote/Hybrid
Contract: 12 Month FTC | Maternity Cover | Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week | Mon – Fri | 8am-4:45pm

About the Role
Amey is recruiting a Performance Manager to lead performance, compliance and improvement activity across operational contracts. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how services perform, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you’ll drive performance excellence across multiple services or sites, working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and clients.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring robust performance reporting, audit governance, and continuous improvement activity, helping to maintain service quality and compliance at all levels.
