Title: Reliability Engineering Manager
Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire
Package: £47,690 – £68,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)
As a Reliability Engineering Manager, this will give you the opportunity to
- Provide leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers, delivering professional engineering services
- Take the lead on maintenance projects and implement maintenance reliability strategies
- Promote reliability philosophy in the delivery of through life asset management, driving a proactive and empowered culture

For Reliability Engineering Managers, we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in some, or all of the following:
- An engineering-related qualification (or demonstrable experience)
- The ability to deliver engineering and maintenance solutions across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment
- Previous experience of leading the delivery of engineering services across the lifecycle of an asset
