We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic Trafford team at our Trafford Depot in Manchester, (M23 9LF). This role will be carried out onsite.
This position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000pa with annual pay reviews.
The standard working hours for this role are 36.25 hours a week.
As a Permanent Senior Surveyor, you will carry out inspections of repairs and projects, within schools, projects, and community buildings, ensuring they remain safe and up to date. Your efforts will enhance the learning environment, support community activities, and promote sustainability.
You will play a key role in reducing energy consumption, lowering maintenance costs, and extending the lifespan of structures. As a vital member of the Amey team, your proactive approach will ensure the efficient completion of projects and the mentorship of junior staff. Your collaboration with clients will meet their needs and expectations.
A unique aspect of this role is that it can be flexible as long as KPIs & service delivery expectations are met.
What You’ll Do:
In addition to daily project and contractor management, you will be responsible for liaising with the help desk and clients to ensure timely delivery of KPIs and completion of PPM tasks in compliance with legislation and mandatory monitoring. You will also oversee the onboarding and management of contractors, ensuring their competency in using CAFM systems and basic Microsoft software.
