An excellent day today as part of the #BuildForce Sports Programme, hosted by Construction Sport, we played our first rugby match at the iconic London Irish Training ground in a game of 7s against #construction.
Thanks to Andy Goode, ex-England rugby player for reffing, Steve Kerslake for organising and our team of #veterans and service leavers who played a sterling game of rugby – a fantastic day, escaping the office and general life for a few hours, a moment in time to ‘just be’, engaging in sport and the perfect tonic for body, soul and mind!
