The BuildForce Insight Days bring together our nationwide construction employers and our Service Leavers and Veterans. This is a great opportunity for our employers and our military community to engage and discuss transferable skills, training, recruitment both present and future. These days are a chance to find out about what the industry has to offer and better understand roles available such as: Project Management, Designer, Logistician, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Health and Safety Manager, Quality Manager, Trade roles, Plant Operator, Civil Engineering and supporting roles. A job in construction offers a range of professional careers and is accessible to all ranks and skill sets and offers real potential for career progression.
As well as providing an insight into career pathways in the construction industry, you will have an opportunity to spend 1-2-1 time with our employers in an informal atmosphere to discuss your transition, CV, career advice and employment opportunities.
