AWE has a unique opportunity for Head of Estate Services, accountable for the development, execution, and strategic leadership of AWEs Estate Management contracted service provision. Ensuring delivery of sustainable and efficient services in-line with corporate, regulatory, legislative, and business unit policy/strategy, requirements, and expectations. Leading, motivating, and supporting staff, contractors, and stakeholders through this period of change whilst successfully and safely delivering on current commitments is key.

In addition to the above, we will also be looking for candidates to have:

  • Strong leadership and direction to direct reports, functional and contract support
  • Lead on the development and execution of the Estate Management contracted service strategy and sustained service provision.
  • Understanding and experience of CCS and NEC Frameworks.
  • Defining strategic goals & operational plans that set a clear direction and shape delivery against corporate and business unit vision, strategy, and programme.
  • Coach, develop, and influence other leaders/stakeholders to ensure the best results are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including senior leaders and commercial partners to promote a shared vision, and to aid understanding of requirements and expectations that encourage and lead to high quality results.

You will need gravitas and resilience to engage with and influence those at the most senior levels to deliver our mission.
