On-Site Plumber

Plumber – HMP Holme House

£30,866 – £36,135 per year
39 hours per week | Permanent
1 in 3 weekends (+15% allowance)

Amey is recruiting a Plumber to join the on‑site facilities team at HMP Holme House on a secure, long‑term Ministry of Justice contract.

The role:

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Mains water supply repairs
• Fault‑finding and repair of life‑expired equipment
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessments

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating
• Commercial maintenance experience
• Legionella (L8) – desirable

Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required – Amey will support you through the process.
