We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Operations Manager to join our Glasgow school’s account.
The standard hours of work are – 37.5 hours per week.
The role is on site Based (travel to head office in Paisley required)
Uk Valid Driving license required
The Successful candidate will have the responsibility for delivering a range of FM services within the Glasgow Schools PFI contract. Reporting to the Account Manager you will have the direct responsibility for the operational & contractual delivery of Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services across 6 schools within Glasgow in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. You will oversee a proficient team of Engineers, Facilities team leaders and Caretakers (approx. 25 direct reports)
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Glasgow Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 30 schools (Europe’s largest educational Private Finance Initiative).
We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
