About the Role

You will be working within our North West business where you will ;

  • Work within the current team to ensure Contract compliance.
  • Contribute to the provision of accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage Subcontractors from the procurement stage to the final account stage.
  • Manage Subcontracts already let through the liability period.
  • Ensure the production and collation of records to operate and manage our Contractual obligations.
  • Work through and review existing historic records.
  • Liaise with the FM Contractor, the Employer and End User on commercial issues.
  • Contribute to managing the paymech process.
  • Work within Contractual and internal deadlines.

About You

Ideally you will have ;

  • Significant experience of Main Contracting on educational projects.
  • Experience working on PFI style Contracts with the numerous inter-related Contracts that exist.
  • Experience in dealing with and managing the Paymech process.
  • Experience in dealing with FM Contractors.
  • Experience in working with Coins.

What we are looking for ;

  • An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with good construction knowledge.
  • Proven ability to work on and within company management standards.
  • Proven ability to manage Subcontractors.
  • Ability to produce accurate records.
  • Ability to operate the bespoke systems in place to effectively manage our Contractual obligations.
  • To support other Team members in respect of commercial and contractual awareness.
