The Opportunity
The Advisory part of the Consulting business is leading innovation through data and technology, enhancing our clients’ business operations and processes. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Application Support Manager to support the work we do on the Thames Tideway Tunnell, a project the Amey have been involved with since 2015.

The role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the contractual Service Level Agreements. You will be a hands-on leader; managing all live customer support, working with the team to resolve issues, optimise processes and identify long-term system trends to ensure reliable, efficient and a high-performing holistic system.
This is a senior technical role for someone passionate about client support and experienced in running a support or maintenance function associated with operational applications.
