Today is Holocaust Memorial Day. It’s a day for everyone to remember the millions of people who were killed, or whose lives have been changed, by the Holocaust.
Our own psychologist Bernie Graham who featured in a documentary My Family, the Holocaust and Me, with BBC re-showing it this week to mark the occasion. Bernie is also being interviewed tomorrow, Friday 28th January, on Talk Radio by Robert Rinder, at 5pm, if anyone wishes to tune in and hear more about managing our mental health and its impact on this anniversary.
