Hear from Moamen Al-Gawwam, a former Royal Navy Officer now working as a Digital Engineer at Taylor Woodrow, along with other ex-military personnel working in the built environment. Chaired by Angela Forbes, Chair of BuildForce, this session will provide an opportunity to reflect on the culture of the industry, as well as encouraging audience participation to come up with an action plan for change.
Facilitated by Building People, this open and inclusive event is part of a series of panel discussions and workshops focusing on the theme of culture change, with sessions highlighting diverse audiences from ex-military, youth, BAME, women, ex-offender and LGBTQ+ communities.
