We are delighted to announce a new member to the BuildForce team:
Kathleen Cargill joins us, enriching our nationwide team with a focus on North of England and Scotland.
Kathleen has an honours degree in Social Science, a higher diploma in Human Relations, with a successful 10-year career in HR. Kathleen is a military spouse, who more recently has taken some time off, to raise her two young daughters.
Caroline Logan, Programme Director comments: “I was delighted to be introduced to Kathleen and knew from our first conversation she would be a huge asset to the BuildForce team; she has passion, empathy, is accustomed to military life and more importantly leads by the heart which is our core value so will be a huge asset to the BuildForce family.”
Kathleen adds: “As a military spouse myself, I have developed many transferable skills dealing with the organisation and execution of multiple house moves in the last 8 years, integrating into new communities all over the UK, building a broad network of contacts from diverse backgrounds and being flexible and adaptable to changes as they inevitably arise in military life. Combined with my strong HR background, I can best support our Service Leavers and Veterans within BuildForce.”
