We are raising money for our Mental Health and Suicide Prevention programme, so thank you to all those who support the programme and raise money for us, we are honoured to be your military partner of choice. Transition from the military to a rewarding career in construction

We are a construction industry programme, who support our service leaver and veteran community, from the Royal Air Force, British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Marines, transition into trade and professional careers within industry.

BuildForce is nationwide and offers a compliment of services focused on pre-employment, employment, education and mental health. Our pre-employment programme has our service leavers and veterans at the heart of our offering. This career service is understanding their skills and experiences and how they could take this forward into a rewarding, challenging second career. Our employment programme centres around a unique industry-led programme via mentoring, work placements, site visits, Insight days and job opportunities. Our education programme is a partnership with The University College of Estate Management offering bespoke industry modules, which also offer certification and a place on a degree course for onward learning. Whilst our mental health programme provides a suite of wellbeing and stress management training and support. Our wrap around service including onboarding with your new employer and beyond, means we can offer a unique, bespoke service throughout your resettlement.

Our employer’s cover: construction, homebuilding, infrastructure, logistics, utilities, security, engineering and facilities management.
